House Number Sign

This custom-designed and 3D carved sign is 24" x 24" and 1.5" thick. I used premium exterior acrylic latex paint, and a French cleat for easy and secure hanging.

This sign is carved out of 20 lb High Density Urethane (HDU), a premium material with a price tag to match the hardwoods that I typically use in my work.

The benefit of HDU is that it will supposedly last a lifetime outdoors with no degradation or maintenance required. Just need to touch up the paint.

I could not be happier with how this turned out. It looks awesome and is a huge attention grabber.
